CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total, including any deposit already paid. We have a 5-minute grace period, failure to make it on time results in appointment cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the cancellation fee. Failure to show up for an appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.
